Return Policy

Returns that have been approved will be issued a Return Id, which must be put on the return parcel. Only damaged books, incorrectly provided books, or printing problems will be accepted as returns. After we receive your return, you can receive a refund in the same method of payment that you used to make the transaction within 7 to 14 working days.
